# Turn product notes into a launch brief

Use this when a release is ready but the announcement still tries to say everything.

## Inputs

- A list of what shipped and what is still a preview
- One audience and the problem they have
- A working destination and one demonstration

## Steps

1. Separate what someone can try today from what you plan to build next.
2. Choose one change that matters to the reader. Describe their task before and after.
3. Match that change to a screenshot, example or demo that shows it.
4. Write a short announcement with the benefit, the evidence, the current limits and one next step.

## Output

A one-page brief: reader, problem, change, proof, availability, call to action and reviewer.

## Review checklist

- The demonstration works at the linked destination.
- Every feature claim matches what someone can use today.
- The reader knows what happens after clicking.

## Example

Boplis example: invite someone to edit a sample draft in the workspace preview. Show that exact interaction. Call it a preview, and say that accounts and publishing are not connected.

## About this resource

An original Boplis resource. Adapt it to your task, keep unknowns visible and check factual claims before publishing.

## Current product status

Boplis is currently a frontend workspace preview with sample content. Live accounts, agents, integrations, payments and publishing are not connected. These original resources are for you to use manually in your own tools; downloading them does not install or run a Boplis agent.
