Why this policy exists
Boplis helps you write and publish marketing for your business. This policy keeps that honest and keeps Boplis working for everyone. It is part of the Terms of Service and covers everything you do with Boplis, including posts published through it, whether Boplis posts them or you do.
Don't publish harmful or dishonest content
Don't use Boplis to create or publish:
- Spam: bulk or unsolicited posting, the same promotional message posted again and again, or posts to accounts, groups or threads you don't have permission to use.
- Fake reviews or testimonials, invented customers, results or numbers, or fake engagement such as bought likes or vote rings.
- Impersonation of a person, brand or organisation, or hiding who you are or who you work for.
- Hidden paid endorsements: ads, sponsorships, affiliate links and your connection to a product must be disclosed as platform rules and the law require.
- Illegal, false or misleading claims, including unproven health, financial or "guaranteed results" claims, or promotion of illegal or unlicensed goods and services.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying or content that targets people for who they are.
- Sexual content involving minors (never, and we report it), or content that promotes violence or terrorism.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, or shares someone's private information without permission.
- Scams, phishing, malware or links to them.
Don't abuse Boplis
Don't:
- Scrape, copy or harvest Boplis, its content or other users' data, or use it to build a competing product or train AI models.
- Reverse engineer, attack, overload or probe Boplis, or get around its security, credit limits or plan limits.
- Create extra accounts to get more free credits or analyses, or share or sell access to your account.
- Use the website reader on sites you don't own or aren't allowed to work on, or use Boplis to break any law.
- Put health records, financial account numbers, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal data about your customers or patients into Boplis. It isn't built for that data.
Follow the platforms' rules
Every platform you post to has its own terms, including rules on automation, advertising and disclosure. X, LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook and, when it opens, Reddit can remove posts or suspend accounts that break them. You are responsible for following them.
What we may do
If we believe this policy is being broken, we may refuse to post, pause the daily autopilot, remove content from your workspace, suspend or close your account, and report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires. Where it's reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
