Who operates Boplis

Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, our authentication service receives your email address, Google account identifier, name and profile information such as your profile image. During setup, we save the name you choose and the business website you optionally provide. Google sign-in does not connect your Gmail inbox, Drive files, analytics or social accounts.
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and the attachments you choose to send. Our hosting and authentication providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request logs and authentication events to operate and protect the service.
- The public workspace contains sample content. Edits to sample briefs, drafts and chat examples are held in the current browser page and reset on reload; they are not saved as customer work in an account.
- Your chosen day/night theme is saved in browser local storage. Account sessions use essential cookies, including cookies used to verify a sign-in redirect.
- We do not currently accept payments or collect payment-card information. Email/password access, paid plans and connected agents are still being prepared.
How information is used
We use account information to sign you in, identify your account, remember your onboarding details, provide support and protect the service against abuse. We do not sell personal information or use your Google account information for advertising.
The current sample workspace does not send your draft edits or chat messages to an AI model. Before enabling new integrations or materially different processing, we will describe those features and update this notice.
Service providers and other websites
Vercel hosts the website. Supabase provides authentication and stores account information. Google handles Google sign-in, and Zoho Mail handles messages sent to the support inbox. These providers process information needed to supply their services and may process it outside your country.
Links to other websites and services are governed by their own privacy notices. Opening a link can share technical information such as your IP address with that website. No advertising or third-party analytics tracker is currently installed in this application.
Retention and account requests
Account information is retained while the account is in use or needed to provide the service. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@boplis.com from your account email. We may need to verify that the request is yours. If particular records must be retained for legal or security reasons, we will explain the applicable limits when responding. Provider logs and backups follow the relevant provider's retention processes.
You can sign out to end your current session and clear browser storage to remove the saved theme preference. Clearing browser data does not delete an account stored by Supabase.
Security, children and updates
We use HTTPS and essential session protections. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Use sample information in the demo and keep your sign-in credentials private.
Boplis is intended for people who can legally enter into agreements and use business software. It is not directed at children. If you believe a child has supplied account information, contact us so we can review it.
We will update this page when our data practices change. The date above identifies the version currently published. This notice does not reduce any privacy rights you have under applicable law.
