Provider and scope
Boplis is operated by Daksh Rathee, Sankhol, Bahadurgarh, Haryana 124507, India. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@boplis.com. These terms apply to the Boplis website, account access, free resources and sample workspace.
By using Boplis, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use it for an organisation, you must have authority to act for that organisation.
What is available today
The public workspace, walkthrough, guides and browser-based resources are available to explore. Google account access is available. Email/password access is being prepared. Workspace briefs, drafts, conversations and charts are examples; changes to those examples reset when the page reloads.
Live AI agents, research, external publishing, paid subscriptions and checkout are not available today. Roadmap descriptions and proposed plan features do not create a service entitlement, delivery promise or paid trial.
Your account and acceptable use
Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Use Boplis lawfully and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property.
- Do not submit material you have no right to use, attempt to access another account, attack the service, bypass access controls or automate abuse.
- Do not use sample outputs as proof of real customer results. Review any guide, template or draft for accuracy and suitability before relying on it.
Content and product ownership
You retain your rights in information you provide. You permit us to process that information as needed to operate the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. Boplis software, artwork and original site content remain the property of their respective owners.
The free templates and guides can be used in your own business workflows. Third-party names and logos identify services or proposed integrations and do not imply endorsement or a partnership.
Proposed subscriptions and purchase information
The proposed monthly plans are Founder at US$59 per month and Team at US$180 per month, in United States dollars (USD). They are not open for purchase. Before a paid plan opens, we will confirm the available features, usage limits, exact price, taxes, billing interval and delivery/access conditions.
No payment or automatic renewal is authorised merely by visiting the site or signing in. When recurring billing becomes available, checkout will require your agreement to its disclosed charge and renewal schedule. Future changes will not be applied as undisclosed charges.
Cancellation, refunds and delivery
The Cancellation Policy explains how a future monthly subscription can stop renewing while access continues through an already-paid period. The Refund Policy covers non-refundable used billing periods, billing errors and rights required by law. The Service Delivery page explains that Boplis is a digital service without physical shipping.
Those pages describe the planned billing rules. There is no active paid subscription to cancel today and no payment processor is currently integrated into the site.
Availability, limitations and changes
The free preview is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. It is not a guarantee of marketing results, search rankings, revenue or publication. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for indirect losses arising from reliance on illustrative content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
We may restrict access that violates these terms or harms the service. You can stop using the service and request account deletion through support. Updates to these terms will be published with a new date; material changes affecting future paid customers will be communicated before they apply.
Applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights continue to apply. Contact support first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.
